Mainly use this for quick grocery trips and taking my son to the library. It's compact, easy to park, and has enough power to get us around. The seat is comfortable for him, and the scooter feels very stable. We love it!

It's a solid e-scooter overall. The ride is comfortable, and the folding mechanism is easy to use. My main issue is with the assembly instructions, which could be much clearer. Took me over an hour to figure out a few steps. Once set up, it works great. A solid 4 stars from me.

I got this for my then 12 yr old son just over a year ago, as he had volunteered to bring his little sister (9) home from school since it has a 2nd seat. He has used this HARD for over a year and when he hit a pothole the front wheel frame came loose. It turned out the long screw with bolts were stripped from hitting the pothole so I couldn't get a replacement at the local hardware store. I contacted customer service and they have been AMAZING! Prompt service, clear instructions and pleasant to deal with. I would absolutely recommend this purchase (it's been so fun to see my son and daughter become a little team going on their adventures together, I swear this is the best 'thing' I've ever got them!) and this company to all!
